How to receive points?
When you subscribe, we automatically create your Loyalty account.
1st solution
When you place your first order, you receive 50 points.
2nd solution
You earn points based on the amount of your order.
For example, if you order articles for an amount of 100 euros, you receive 300 points.
3rde solution
When you sponsor a friend, you can save more points (see sponsoring)
How to use your points?
Any article on the website can be paid in euros or with earned points. The corresponding number of points needed to buy the article is displayed under the price of the article.
The whole order has to be paid with Loyalty points ( goods + shipment costs)
Example:
You have 2500 points on your Loyalty account.
You order a box of lenses at 950 points and a cleaning product at 500 points.
Total for articles : 1450 points
Shipment costs : 600 points
TOTAL : 2050 points
450 points are still remaining on your Loyalty account.
When choosing the method of payment, the option "pay with Loyalty account" is available.
You can choose this option or continue to earn points.
When you use your Loyalty points for payment, no new Loyalty point is added to your account.
Mixed payments (half with points, half with money) are impossible.
Your Loyalty account is personal and points may only be exchanged for articles available on the website.
If the customer account is removed (on his request or invalid email), the Loyalty account is also removed.
These rules are considered as accepted by the customer as soon as he/she has created his/account.
How to sponsor a friend or a colleague?
To become a sponsor and receive points for your Loyalty without doing anything, you just have to :
Input the email address of a friend, who could order contact lenses or other articles on our website.
As soon as this person has made a first order, you will receive 100 points on your Loyalty account.
Moreover, each time your friend places an order, 100 % of the points gained by your godson will also be added on your own account.
Example:
You have sponsored 10 friends. Each of them orders for an amount of 90 euros, so that each of them receives 270 points.
10 * 270 = 2700 points received by your friends.
100% * 2700 = 2700 points for you.
You may sponsor an unlimited number of people. Each of them may also become a sponsor.
