Our customer declares

To be at least 18 years old.

To act in accordance with an ophthalmologist’s prescription initiated less than one year ago for contact lenses.

To be informed about the terms of use, maintenance and handling for contact lenses and cleaning products.

That no contraindication is prohibiting him/her from wearing contact lenses.

To commit him-/herself to respect the strict hygiene conditions as well as the user manuals provided together with the products delivered.

To agree with the privacy policy related terms when using this website.

Not to use this website for whatever illegal purposes and agree to use it in line with the legislation in place.

Not to hide his/her identity nor use someone else’s name that he’s not allowed to use.

Order

When submitting your order on-line, you declare to agree with the present general sales conditions and hereby confirm your purchase order.

You’ll receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail stating among others the price of your order including eventual taxes.

Orders are handled within 24 hours after submission and validation, from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

We reserve ourselves the right to cancel any customer’s order for which we might have been in dispute previously.

Shipment

Shipment occurs per parcel post to the delivery address that you have mentioned.

The parcel is sent off within 2 to 6 working days of ordering, subject to the availability of products in our stock, and subject to acceptation and receipt of payment (see § about modes of payment). However, after 30 days, you can claim by email order cancellation, except in case of force majeure. Then you can get your payment refunded, excluding any other indemnity.

In any case, we are not liable for non-delivery due to wrong delivery address mentioned on the order, nor for delay in postal service, nor in the event of a force majeure.

Products availability

If despite our attention, a good appeared to be temporarily unavailable in the initial delivery time, we commit ourselves to inform you by email within 3 working days. In this case, you can decide to change your order by contacting us by email.

Price-Costs

Prices mentioned on our website are in euros, 21% VAT included.

A detailed invoice in euros is joined to each shipment.

A fee covering shipment and packing costs shall be charged.

without warranty for time delivery, nor in case of loss. No follow-up is possible. This delivery occurs at the buyer’s own risks..
Remark : For France, time delivery can sometimes reach 3 weeks.

Methods of payment

By credit card

You can make your payment online by VISA credit card, Eurocard/Mastercard .
Before handling your order, the validity of your card shall be checked by Ogone e-commerce and the amount due shall be paid.

Safety

The payment system is provided by Ogone e-commerce, which ensure the full safety and confidentiality of your personal bank data. (cfr. www.ogone.com)

The 3 third structure of this mechanism enables to ensure full confidentiality of payment data (a.o. credit card number). So, at no time, the merchant or the applications of his website have access to the buyer’s credit card number.

Any communication between the customer’s browser and Ogone e-Commerce uses the SSL 128 bits encryption techniques. It is not possible for the buyer to use a browser that would not accept this encryption technique. The Ogone website is provided with a Verisign certificate.

The Ogone website is protected by different firewall and protocol conversion systems in order to prevent undesirable visitors from accessing payment data or processors.

Confidentiality

We ensure confidentiality of your personal data. We do not share them with third parties. At any moment, you can ask for changing or removing your details.

We commit ourselves to fully respect law related to privacy policy.

Except in the event of fraud, we are not liable for any loss incurred by the buyer following unauthorised access by third parties to any personal data given on the website while ordering or any other.

Returns

You may return the lenses within 7 days after having informed us by email. Cleaning products, lenses and goods that are damaged or whose package has been open or damaged may not be returned. To return a parcel, send the goods back in a convenient package, with copy of invoice, to the following address :

Exchange

You have the opportunity to exchange articles if you respect the following conditions :

1. You inform us by email that you want to exchange goods and you wait for our acceptation (given by email).
   
2. You return the articles, which are not damaged and in their original non-opened package. The use-by date must be valid. To return a parcel, send the goods back in a convenient package, with copy of invoice, to the following address :

3. You will be refunded by bank account for the returned goods (shipment costs excluded) will be given by bank as soon as your new order has been registered as follows .
   
4. Make a new order on the website with the desired articles options you wish to buy, and add the item « Exchange » to the shopping cart, which stands in section « Exchange articles » (top of homepage, on the left). A fee of 12.50 euros will then be charged in order to cover exchange costs.
   Attention, you have to order at least as many boxes as those you have exchanged. If you do not add the item « Exchange », your request will not be taken into account and no refund will be given.

Any exchange will be verified before a refund will be given within 8 days.

Applicable law - Disputes

General sales conditions are ruled by Belgian law.
Complaints will be considered with highest attention.
In the event of a dispute, the customer shall contact us directly for friendly settlement of the issue. Should the parties fail to find a settlement, the dispute will be resolved exclusively in the court of Verviers.

Information

Make sure that your eyes are regularly examined by a specialist and always follow the instructions for the right use of your contact lenses and cleaning products.
If you feel any discomfort, watering, change in your vision or if a red blotch appears, while wearing your lenses, take these off immediately and take advice with a specialist before wearing them again.
